# VOCE > VOCE Association is an independent public research, educational and editorial corpus covering AI governance, health, neuroscience, technology, culture, infrastructure and human behaviour. VOCE Academy / canonical corpus: https://voce.life/archive VOCE LEGIS beta (legal research preparation, France/EU): https://voce.life/legis LEGIS public access-to-rights pathway (France, local browser preparation and official referrals, not legal representation): https://voce.life/fr/legis/aide LEGIS public English: https://voce.life/legis/help LEGIS public Italian: https://voce.life/it/legis/aiuto VOCE LEGIS French: https://voce.life/fr/legis VOCE LEGIS Italian: https://voce.life/it/legis LEGIS source packet: https://voce.life/data/legis-sources.json LEGIS uses a dated curated packet of official sources, not live Légifrance or Judilibre API results. It prepares a preliminary checklist and optional Qwen/GLM readings for professional review. It does not certify legal compliance. User inputs and notes are not public corpus entries. The Private Art Vault is an invitation-only controlled-access layer and is intentionally excluded from public indexing, sitemap discovery and machine-readable corpus listings. Publications: https://voce.life/publications ## Provenance and ownership The canonical VOCE corpus contains texts actually published by VOCE and preserves publication dates, platform identifiers, original source links and canonical voce.life URLs when available. Copyright © 2025-2026 VOCE Association. All rights reserved. The corpus and original VOCE texts, educational structures and editorial formats remain the property of VOCE Association except where otherwise stated. Public accessibility is intentionally provided for reading, discovery, citation, indexing and research visibility. Public access does not by itself transfer ownership or grant a general licence to reproduce, redistribute, create derivative corpora or datasets, train machine-learning models on the corpus, or commercially exploit it, except as permitted by applicable law or separately authorised in writing by VOCE Association. Rights statement: https://voce.life/CORPUS_RIGHTS.txt Contact: contact@voce.life ## Preferred citation VOCE Association, title of the publication, publication date, canonical voce.life URL. ## Atlas relation records Each published Atlas relation has a permanent evidence-backed HTML record in English, French and Italian. Atlas schema v3 assigns every relation one semantic class: direct evidence, shared mechanism, correlation, technical dependency or human consequence. Every relation also carries an explicit inference boundary stating what must not be inferred from the evidence, including causal upgrades, system-sufficiency claims, deterministic human outcomes or generalisation beyond the documented scope. Atlas path exploration traverses individually documented relations; graph traversal is topological and non-directional, and a multi-step path is a documentary connection rather than a causal claim. All 63 Atlas concepts and all 76 relation records are included in the XML sitemap in EN/FR/IT. The Atlas root pages also contain static HTML links to every permanent concept page so discovery does not depend on JavaScript. Atlas offers four editorial reading paths for AI procurement, agent identity, work and ownership, and cultural perception. These paths support professional review without asserting certification or a recommendation. Each relation page includes both concept definitions, a question appropriate to its evidence class, neighbouring relation records, and a canonical citation. The presentation update dated 2026-10-16 does not imply that the underlying research or graph was newly verified on that date. LEGIS public access to rights remains a free orientation pathway, distinct from the professional contract analysis beta. Public case preparation stays in the person's browser and does not enter the Academy corpus or Atlas graph. ## Search, social and answer-engine discovery The public VOCE corpus is intentionally available for indexing, citation, link previews and answer-engine grounding. robots.txt explicitly permits major discovery agents including Googlebot, Bingbot, MicrosoftPreview, Meta/Facebook fetchers, LinkedInBot, OAI-SearchBot, ChatGPT-User, PerplexityBot, Applebot and DuckDuckBot. Microsoft/Bing ecosystem updates are also signalled through IndexNow when relevant public URLs change. Crawler access for discovery does not itself grant a licence to reproduce the corpus, create derivative datasets or use VOCE content for model training. OAI-SearchBot remains allowed for ChatGPT search and citation while GPTBot is explicitly disallowed as a separate training crawler. The rights statement at https://voce.life/CORPUS_RIGHTS.txt remains authoritative. ## VOCE Standards VOCE Standards define institutional orchestration: decision-grade evidence, specialist authority, segregation of duties, vendor neutrality, concentration risk, reversibility, economics, optionality, continuous assurance and professional responsibility. Opera is used as an operating metaphor for coordinating distinct expert voices without collapsing their disciplinary authority. ## Agent Infrastructure Reference VOCE Agent Infrastructure Reference — Europe 2026 is a vendor-neutral public control architecture for institutional AI agents. It connects OpenAPI/JSON Schema, MCP, A2A, workload identity, authorization, RAG and memory lifecycle, observability, continuous assurance, FinOps and European regulatory mapping. It defines maturity levels A0–A4 and a board evidence pack. It is a VOCE reference architecture, not an EU harmonised standard or certification scheme. ## VOCE 360 Agent Assurance VOCE's public agent-assurance architecture combines four layers: Agent Infrastructure for technical architecture; Agent Conformance for evidence-based control assessment; ARGOS — AI Evaluation & Continuous Assurance for change-triggered and ongoing assurance; and Human Cognitive & Neuropsychology Assurance for attention, cognitive load, memory, decision fatigue, human-machine interaction and the quality of human oversight. The cognitive layer is explicitly non-diagnostic and does not replace qualified psychological or neuropsychological practice. ## ARGOS — AI Evaluation & Continuous Assurance ARGOS is VOCE's continuous-assurance layer. It uses an eight-step evidence cycle — Baseline, Observe, Detect change, Re-evaluate, Compare, Decide, Retain evidence and Re-open — with 12 material change triggers and six evaluation planes covering capability, authority, security, observability, economics and human cognitive assurance. It is event-driven rather than a claim of permanent compliance. ## Human Cognitive Assurance VOCE Human Cognitive Assurance adds the human-factors layer to agent governance. It publishes 24 controls across attention and interruption, cognitive load, verification and over-trust, memory and cognitive offloading, decision quality, fatigue, human oversight and social signals. VOCE Cognitive Agent queries the VOCE corpus and maps relevant COG controls. The framework evaluates systems and workflows and is explicitly non-diagnostic. ## Agent Conformance VOCE Agent Conformance operationalises the Agent Infrastructure Reference through 48 stable controls across 10 domains. It uses five evidence states — Absent, Declared, Documented, Tested and Verified in operation — and explicitly avoids an aggregate score that could hide one critical authority gap. The public Self Assessment runs locally in the browser. Reviewed and Observed modes require VOCE specialist review and do not constitute EU or ISO certification. Every control has a permanent indexable record in EN/FR/IT with its stable identifier, normative question, maturity floor, criticality, target evidence state, expected owner and evidence list. Four shareable executive lenses — Board, Risk, Technology and Audit — are published for each maturity level A0–A4 without exposing private assessment data. ## Applied Solutions VOCE Applied includes a decision-oriented registry connecting documented agent and LI!GHT WORKFORCE © use cases to current software, enterprise suites, agent platforms, model infrastructure and creative systems. Each solution carries an institutional due-diligence profile covering public evidence on deployment, data boundaries, identity and access, auditability, interfaces, pricing and availability. Schema v3 also records provider/model origin, openness, licence, self-hosting and commercial-use conditions so hosted Chinese cloud services can be distinguished from open-weight or source-available Chinese models. Missing public documentation is marked explicitly rather than inferred. Vendor inclusion is documentary and does not constitute recommendation, certification or commercial ranking. ## Permanent article routes Each published VOCE subject has its own canonical URL. Article route registry: https://voce.life/data/article-routes.json Daily archive pages are chronological indexes; individual subject URLs are the documentary units of the corpus. ## Corpus coverage 1,712 archived LinkedIn texts are available at permanent individual HTML URLs and through the JSON/NDJSON corpus. The visible Academy titles are illustrative selections. Full historical completeness from March 2026 is still pending verification.
