How VOCE handles personal data and technical information associated with voce.life.
Data collected
VOCE does not require an account to read the website. Personal data may be received when a visitor contacts VOCE directly by email or voluntarily provides information in another exchange.
Purpose and retention
Contact data is used to respond to enquiries, research exchanges, institutional requests or rights-related matters. It is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or applicable legal obligations.
Technical processing
Cloudflare processes technical data needed to deliver and protect the site. With explicit visitor consent, Google Analytics 4 measures visits and general traffic sources through Cloudflare Zaraz. Audience statistics are optional. Refusal does not restrict access. Advertising profiling is not enabled. You can change your preference using Cookie preferences in the footer.
Language preference
The EN/FR/IT selector stores the visitor’s chosen language locally in the browser so the preference can be reused. This preference is functional and is not used by VOCE for advertising profiling.
External resources
The website may load typography resources from Google Fonts and may link to external services such as LinkedIn, Zenodo DOI records and other referenced institutions. Those services apply their own privacy policies when visited or loaded.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, restriction, objection or deletion of personal data concerning them. Requests can be sent to contact@voce.life. In France, individuals may also contact the CNIL.
