VOCE Applied · Business systems design

Business systems built around your organisation.

VOCE helps businesses, museums, foundations and hospitality groups design business systems and AI agents. The aim: reduce manual work, gain greater control over distribution and software costs, and retain control of data.

Turn a costly process into a useful system.

We start with the work itself: what your teams enter, check and reconcile every day. We identify what can be automated, which software to retain and which decisions require human approval.

Post-SaaS provides a concrete pathway: define a first process, design a pilot and compare costs over 36 months. LÉGIS, VOCE’s beta legal service, demonstrates an initial application of this architecture.

01

Digital uses & cognitive conditions

With the participation of a psychiatrist when relevant, VOCE examines digital interruptions, technoference, tool use and the conditions in which concentration and judgement are exercised.

The work concerns professional situations and organisational use. Individual clinical consultation belongs to a separate medical framework.

02

Museums, foundations & cultural distribution

VOCE analyses visitor journeys, ticketing, direct sales, OTAs, aggregators and API connections. The mission can examine availability, pricing, commissions, refunds, reconciliation and the circulation of data between the institution, distributors and audiences.

The objective is to identify technical dependencies, strengthen distribution control and preserve the institution’s relationship with its public.

03

ERP, CRM & connected systems

VOCE maps applications, data exchanges and repetitive work before proposing integration. The audit examines data quality, synchronisation, access rights and the responsibilities attached to API or MCP connections.

Automation begins only after the system boundary, permissions and exception paths are understood.

« È meglio prevenire i delitti, che punirli. »
Cesare Beccaria · Dei delitti e delle pene, cap. XLI

Applied uses the same logic for systems: prevention is designed before incident response. Permissions, validation, logging and stop mechanisms belong in the architecture, not in the post-mortem.

04

Deployment of agents

Each agent is defined by a task, authorised tools and an action perimeter. VOCE supports process selection, integration with existing systems and preparation of a limited pilot.

Human approvals, logging, stop mechanisms and exception handling are designed from the outset. Evaluation covers service reliability and the real cost of execution.

05

Work, skills & continuity

Automation moves responsibilities and can also remove opportunities to learn, particularly for junior staff. VOCE examines these effects with teams and adapts procedures and training to the new distribution of work.

The objective is to measure gains without weakening the transmission of expertise or the continuity of service.

« Io penso la fabbrica per l’uomo, non l’uomo per la fabbrica. »
Adriano Olivetti

Automation is not treated as an abstract productivity exercise. The organisation of work, learning and responsibility remains part of the system being designed.

VOCE Art

Art & documentary expertise remain a distinct practice.

For foundations, collections and artistic projects, VOCE can mobilise provenance-led research, documentary review and specialist coordination. Because these missions have different confidentiality and expertise requirements, they remain housed within VOCE Art while connecting to the wider VOCE orchestration framework when required.

Engagement

A specialist cell constituted around the decision.

The first exchange defines the decision, material risks and required disciplines. VOCE constitutes the specialist cell from its own ecosystem, adds external expertise only where necessary, and fixes authority, deliverables, confidentiality, escalation and evaluation before execution begins.

Method & references

The reference follows the problem, not the reverse.

For AI governance, relevant material may include ISO/IEC 42001:2023, ISO/IEC 23894:2023, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and its Generative AI Profile. Technical missions rely on the documentation of the systems concerned. Human and cognitive analyses identify the studies used and their limits.

Citing a standard does not constitute certification of VOCE. Each proposal identifies only the references relevant to its actual scope.

Read before acting

The research remains public.

VOCE Academy and VOCE Atlas make the intellectual basis of Applied visible before a mission begins. They can prepare a seminar, support internal discussion or allow an organisation to examine VOCE’s method without purchasing a service.

Contact

A mission begins with a system, not a sales package.

Describe the organisation, the system concerned and the decision that must be prepared. VOCE will determine whether the subject belongs within Applied and what expertise would be required.
