Choosing the skills to be taught.
Comparing programs published in China, the USA, and Europe to build job-relevant training.
What the comparison establishes
Training in AI, robotics, and battery manufacturing exists in all three regions. The VOCE program is not based on a general claim regarding the absence of training in Europe.
The selection prioritizes precise operational skills: receiving automation, examining its evidence, calculating cost per compliant result, and organizing the maintenance of expertise. Their detailed coverage must be compared against the full content of the relevant programs.
The benchmarks below are documented programs, not VOCE partners. Their formats and levels differ. An introductory written course is not a substitute for a degree or practical laboratory training.
