VOCE Atlas · Mapping knowledge

See the connections behind your decisions.

Explore the relationships between artificial intelligence, work, health and culture. Atlas brings VOCE knowledge into a documented map: start with a question, follow the connections and return to the sources that deepen your understanding.

Reading paths

A question. A path to explore it.

Choose an AI system, understand its authority, examine effects on work or the perception of luxury: select your starting point. Each path opens documented relationships and their sources.

01

AI governance and procurement

From choosing a system to its permissions: what should a supplier document, and what should the deployment demonstrate?

02

Identity and action

Which documented relation connects an agent to its technical identity? Identify the dependency before examining the controls.

03

Work and ownership

How can we examine the links between assistance, cognitive effort and psychological ownership of work?

04

Culture and perception

What does the record support about visual complexity and luxury perception, within the studied context?

The Atlas

Follow the connections. Return to the evidence.

An AI agent also raises questions about identity, permissions and work. A study of memory can shed light on how an interface is designed. Atlas brings these subjects together through documented relationships.

Select a concept to read its sources. Explore connections through an intermediate concept, or choose two subjects to trace a documented path between them. Each relationship retains its scope and its limits.

Reasoning lens

First-order relations show one evidence-backed edge. Documentary bridges reveal two-step adjacency without turning proximity into causality.

Relation semantics

What kind of connection is this?

Atlas classifies every published relation by what the evidence actually supports, then attaches an explicit inference boundary to it.

Inference prohibited

Atlas states what must not be concluded from each relation: no causal upgrade, no system-sufficiency claim and no generalisation beyond the cited scope unless the evidence supports it.

Trace a documented path.

Choose two concepts. Atlas follows the shortest documentary route across published relations connecting them.

VOCE Atlas knowledge map Interactive map of concepts and evidence-grounded relationships across the VOCE corpus.
Select a node. Related concepts remain visible; unrelated material recedes.
Method

A relation must earn its line.

This V2 edition is deliberately selective. It does not draw a connection because two words appear in the same corpus. A displayed relation must be supported by a VOCE publication or formal research record.

Source
Every relation links back to evidence in VOCE Academy or VOCE Research.
Scope
The map begins with a curated core rather than automatically visualising the entire archive.
Growth
New concepts can be proposed automatically, but publication into Atlas remains evidence-bound.
Relation classes
Every relation is typed as direct evidence, shared mechanism, correlation, technical dependency or human consequence. Each type carries an explicit prohibited-inference boundary.
Reasoning semantics
First-order relations expose one evidence-backed edge. A documentary bridge is a two-step adjacency across two independently supported relations. Graph traversal is topological and non-directional; neither a bridge nor a path establishes causality between endpoints.
One subject. Many systems. One traceable path back to evidence.
